This HPLC Grade, PEEK tubing is extruded from virgin PEEK ( Victrex ) material without adding any additives. The red stripe is added only to the outside of the tubing leaving the interior all natural PEEK which eliminates leachables due to color. The internal and outer dimensional tolerances of this tubing is +/- 0.05mm. Color Code: Grey Stripe for 0.040" ( 1.0mm ) ID. Pressure rating: 2400 psi.

This MicroSolv PTFE ( Polytetrafluoroethylene ) Tubing is extruded from virgin PTFE, manufactured exclusively by DuPont. We do not add any additives to the original PTFE material, except for particles for color coding. This tubing is used widely in all low-pressure, laboratory applications including before and after an HPLC Pump. The blue color can be used to identify different lines often used with Mobile Phase Delivery and Solvent Waste Systems. Since PTFE tubing contains "micro-pores" in the tubing wall, which allows a quick air exchange, consideration for for use with degassed and oxygen-sensitive solvents is needed. Internal and Outer Dimensional Tolerance: +/- 0.20mm. Color: Green. ID: 0.030" ( 0.75mm ). Pressure rating: 510 psi.
